I've had the best experience with Five Points Roofing (specifically Alex and Jorge). We had hail damage to roof and gutters and Alex managed everything flawlessly. He acted as a liaison with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also went above and beyond to provide detailed photos and info to my insurance company if and when they questioned anything. He met my adjustor the day of their inspection and made himself available for any concerns or questions that came up. When it came time for the project to begin, Jorge (and crew) was awesome. Professional and conscientious throughout the entire process, ensuring my property (and neighbors) was protected and left in perfect condition. They are also just friendly and kind individuals. I've lived in 3 homes over the past few years and I had a new replacement roof installed on every one of them by different roofing companies. By far 5 Points Roofing out performed all the others. I am in the construction business myself and can easily recognize when a company delivers the level of service they promise and 5 Points is one of them.

My first experience with a homeowners insurance claim. I had a weeks worth of questions before signing a contract. "Alex" help take the anxiety out of the process by answering all of my questions (phone calls and emails) without pressure. "Will" on site crew manager made sure all of the roof materials

The whole company was very professional and experienced; this is a very top-notch operation. Alex did a fantastic job getting the inspection done, getting a detailed quote prepared and was very easy to work with. The crew that arrived to install our new roof ( hail storm ) worked 13 hours and completed the job in one day! Wyatt was the crew manager and was onsite the whole time, communicating with us and letting us know everything that was going on. The whole experience with Five Points was fantastic. We had never had a roof replaced, and chose Five Points due to recommendations from our neighbors after the 2018 hail storm. We can highly recommend them !

Alex Hostetler was very knowledgeable, & personable. He met w/us to review the procedure Five Points uses in installing a new roof. He explained the process re: time needed to install the roof, when materials would be delivered, protection of shrubbery, etc., every effort to avoid infringement on neighbors during installation, how the procedure works in conjunction w/our homeowner’s insurance. Along w/answering every question we had, Alex sent us a list of homes w/roof shingles of the color we selected, & kept us updated on when the schedule would allow Five Points to start.
Wyatt Wolfe was on site early on the day of installation, worked tirelessly along w/the crew to insure a first rate installation. Once installation was complete, Wyatt made sure that our lawn, side walk, driveway, porch rails, etc. were cleaned up & free of debris! He was very courteous, & a great representative for Five Points!! We appreciate the efforts of both these men, & will definitely recommend Five Points to our friends!!

Alex Hostetler was great from the beginning until the end. He had actually inspected my roof and found no damage in 2023, but after another company's employee was working the neighborhood and said he found hail damage, I asked Alex to come back and verify since I trusted him. Indeed, there was damage from a hailstorm that was confirmed later in 2023. The crew worked quickly and informed me of the process as they worked. It has been a great process to this point.

We used Five Points twice about a decade ago and had a good experience at a previous house. When it came time to put a new roof on a different home we called them without hesitation. The whole process was smooth and professional. I talked with Jorge initially and he was a great representative for the company. I'd been battling my insurance company for months, trying to get all the windstorm damage covered, when I contacted 5 Points. Their representative, Darcy Irelan, took over and within two weeks, all damage was covered and paid for. The roofers arrived and tore off the damaged roof and replaced it by the afternoon. By the end of the day, the roof was on and every bit of torn off material was disposed of. Truly, 5 Points is the best company, of any kind, that I've ever worked with. And I'm no spring chicken. Five Points Roofing replaced our roof in the summer of 2023 on two of the hottest days of the year. Despite the extremely challenging working conditions, I thought their crew was professional and hard-working. The roof looks good and everything seems fine so far. Caleb did a good job working with our insurance rep to explain why we needed a roof replacement and Wyatt provided strong on-site project management. I have a number of tender plants around the house and was worried they might get crushed or trampled, but the crew was careful to direct debris away from the foundation in a way that protected our landscaping.

Five Points Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. The crew arrived early that morning and finished in one day which was a relief since I work from home 50% of the time.
With the recent storms - I was concerned about damage to my new roof- they were able to come do an Inspection and showed up the next morning to fix the recent damage.
I had one issue with the insurance claim. When I was able to speak with Matt Parks he was able to help navigate through the claim so I would receive the depreciation value of the unpaid claim.

Five Points Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof and skylights! They replaced my entire roof in just one day. They took care of everything for me, and made the whole experience effortlessly on my part. They even worked with my insurance company to get me new skylights since the old ones were damaged and no longer available. The final result looks fantastic! It looks like a brand new house! They installed high quality, great looking shingles and brand new skylights! Doug and Zillon did a fantastic job. You can tell by the workmanship, and top-notch materials they use, that the entire team at Five Points Roofing clearly takes pride in their work. I'm extremely satisfied and have already recommended Five Points Roofing to friends, family members and colleagues.

Five Points replaced our wind damaged roof in July 2023. Alex Hostetler was our POC. He provided a quick and detailed estimate and handled our questions professionally throughout the process. The install team was led by Jorge. He managed the work effectively and efficiently and a was a pleasure to deal with. The roof went on without a hitch. The area was cleaned up thoroughly, and the roof looks great. This was a job WELL DONE. RLR

Alex and Zillon (the project manager) are great! Alex is super attentive, returns phone calls promptly, and made sure we were happy! Zillon took care of his crew, made sure they cleaned up, and was super attentive to my concern about my landscaping! Still waiting on our gutters but thus far we are overly pleased! Our roof looks great!

The attention to detail was great . Arrived on time and completed the job exactly when stated . The teams sent to my home were very polite and worked continuously from early morning till almost 9pm that evening. I was impressed with their work ethic on this job . I rarely write reviews as normally I would rather just not say anything over something negative but this is one I am happy to write .

We contacted Five Points after a recent hail storm. They inspected our roof and identified damage spots and helped us communicate effectively with our insurance company. We ended up needing a total replacement and went with Five Points. They were awesome from start to finish. The communication was prompt, responsive, and professional and the work they completed was high quality. To put it plainly- everyone we worked with did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and at a high level of quality and follow through. Anyone who has dealt with trade/service providers knows that is a rare occurrence these days, and makes a world of difference. Would highly recommend Five Points for your roofing needs.

Wonderful to work with this company for roof installation. Doug was so helpful navigating the process and assisting with next steps due to storm damage. David Aburto and his crew did an impeccable job and it was obvious they take pride in their QUALITY work. I am so pleased with the new roof. David made sure everything was completed with great detail. Seriously, top notch people! Highly recommend!

I love my new roof! I was apprehensive about looking for a roofing contractor, and did interview several before deciding to go with Five Points Roofing. My neighbors had an excellent experience with them, and when I met Alex, Bryan and David, I felt very comfortable. Each was pleasant, helpful and professional. Communication was great. They started the job on time, worked safely and respectfully, and finished with a thorough clean up. The process was smooth and efficient and I feel confident in the work they did and the integrity of the representatives as well as the reputation of the company. Five Points gets five stars!

Five Points Roofing did an outstanding job for us. They met or exceeded all expectations. Alex Histetler was on top of the project since day 1. Everything quoted was received exactly as quoted. He also handled the majority of the insurance issues making this a “hands off” project for us. Zillon Russell was the on-site project manager that assured everything was done to spec!

Five Points Roofing removed and replaced the shingles of our home. They also helped us find a great contractor to do fascia repair and gutter replacement. Most houses in our neighborhood have replaced their roof after hail last summer. Five Points worked with my insurance, even walked the roof with the inspector, to ensure appropriate settlement. Doug of Five Points helped me to understand the whole process, answered every question, handled every concern. The crew was great. They got it done in one day. We are pleased with the result and thankful to Five Points for making it easy, almost fun, to get this essential project done. :)

Smart business owners to have Darcy as the main point of contact. She’s super pleasant and prompt at returning texts and calls. Mike was our foreman and he too was super nice and patient in answering my questions. The flashing repair that they did was the icing on the cake and made me feel like I got a quality job done. Five Points Roofing did an excellent job from inspection, best estimate, and workmanship. I have a 3200 sq ft house they completed in 1 day! Incredible job and excellent customer service! I searched many roofing companies and Five Points was highly recommended and local and they did not disappoint. Call Matt Wilson today for your free inspection and estimate, he was awesome to deal with, no pressure, extremely friendly and aims to please. Matt and Five Points will always be my roofing company and I’ve had several friends follow my lead and all are completely satisfied with their jobs as well.

After 2 friends highly recommended Five Points Roofing, I decided to go with Five Points for a roof replacement on an investment property. After 2 hail storms in the same day, 5 pts was out and inspected. Matt was great through the whole process and answered all our questions. Everything went as planned and the cost was the cost. From beginning to end Five Points Roofing earned five stars from us! We were very impressed with the positive energy from the entire crew. All of the employees were extremely professional. Kira was our contact for the initial inspection, insurance approval, installation details as well as following up with our insurance adjuster. Everything about this company is first class! From my first meeting with Nathan, to the scheduling and constant communication, to Jorge and his amazing crew. They showed up exactly on time, worked so efficiently, went above and beyond protecting my landscaping, and cleaned everything up all by 1:15pm. Best company I’ve ever dealt with in all the things I’ve done to my home. I can’t recommend them enough!

Entire crew was very professional from the project managers to the install crew. Crew made every effort to not damage landscaping and their daily cleanup was outstanding. Worked under very trying conditions, extreme heat, but did not slack off. A special thank you to our sales rep, Kira, for her attention to detail and her responsiveness to our requests. Doug Price rocks! I never expected someone from a roofing company to give such persistent energy dealing with my insurance company following storm damage. Doug has gone the extra mile in working through the barriers put up by my insurance company for the past several months. I think most would have moved on to easier customers. In all of my similar experiences, I have not seen such professionalism and willingness to prioritize my needs. I don't often give reviews, but I cannot miss the opportunity to acknowledge how great it has been working with Doug. If you are in need of roofing services, don't hesitate to call Five Points Roofing. Ask for Doug. You won't regret it.

I have used five points for three different roofs on my in-laws my parents and my own roofs. They are people that you can count on do do what they say they are going to do and show up when they are suppose to. George and his crew were consistently professional and were constantly checking to make sure it was all done correctly. There is a reason that I keep using them and that is because I can trust them to do the job correctly. You will not be disappointed with this company

My sales rep Nathan was always easy to reach, responsive, and provided incredible customer service. David, Dylan, and their team arrived on time and stayed late to complete the project in record time! They paid extra attention to gather up any stray nails so my dog and son would stay safe. Highly recommend Five Points! We had a roof leak from an old worn down seal. Nathan came out immediately to inspect our roof and was back to fix it before it rained again. We will definitely give them a call when it’s time to replace our entire roof. I reached out to them because of their excellent reviews and I’m so glad I did!

We just used Five Points and I highly recommend them. Everything was easy from beginning to end. Darcy is great to work with and communicates everything so it runs smoothly. We have a pool and I was worried about debris etc. They were very conscious of that and made sure everything was cleaned up. We had some issues with insurance check and they have been very patient while we are working through that. Darcy and the whole crew are awesome.

I would highly recommend Five Points Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. These Google reviews do not lie! I called Five Points Roofing because I noticed an extremely small leak in our sunroom. Nathan the roofing consultant showed up on time and took a look at our roof. He indicated we had hail damage! From that point on Nathan took charge in dealing with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. We were getting a whole new roof! I was truly amazed! The repairs were planned and that morning I met with David the project manager. David walked me through what was going to happen that day. His team of roofers stripped the roof, repaired much of the damage to the sub roofing and started installing the shingles. This was like watching a swat team of skilled roofers.
My wife and I were shocked that they accomplished this all in one day. Even our neighbors were astonished by the quality of the work they did. Thank you Five Points for doing such a great job and hiring Best In Class employees.

Five Points just installed my roof. I was dreading this purchase, but this turned into a very easy purchase. When I called Five points they came out next day. We finalized deal in a week. Nathan kept me updated and they installed roof 4-5 weeks. Everything they told me they did. Their crew was great, installation was good and clean up was excellent. This is now my roofing company to use and recommend. Good people. 5 stars.

Last spring we had a hail storm come through Thompsons Station and Spring Hill that did significant damage to the homes in our area.
I scheduled an appointment and met with Doug.
He was very down to earth and professional.
I work in restoration , so I knew what needed to be done and he was straight forward and honest from the start.
He worked with my adjuster and the process went great. We were so happy with the service I referred two of my other neighbors to Doug and they used Five Points Roofing also.

Five Points just installed a brand new roof on our home, and I can't express how happy we are with this company! Nathan led us through the process from start to finish -- very responsive to our questions and kept us up to date on scheduling. Ellmo and the installation crew did an amazing job over the two-day job. They were on time, respectful of our property, and answered my questions with a smile. My favorite part was how CLEAN the yard was once they were done! They take great pride in this, and that meant a lot to me as a homeowner. We had a minor issue with part of our gutter that we didn't notice til a few days later, but Five Points had someone come out the next day to fix it, no questions asked. Everyone we've interacted with has been truly top-notch. You can tell they value customer service highly, which is hard to come by these days. We will most definitely use them again in the future.

Our roof had hail damage. I called Five Star after watching them replace my neighbors roof. They were very professional, respectful of our property and that of my neighbors. They were very efficient and our new roof was replaced in 2 days.

Called them 2 yrs ago when getting estimates. They were the only company that actually showed up on site, got on the roof, and inspected it. Others gave me estimates based on Google maps images. I was told my roof had 2-3 years left. No charge. Sure enough about two years later I got leaks in a big storm so I called them back. They are very busy but came right away and provided an estimate in a couple of days. Said they couldn't get started for about three weeks but later called and told me they had time available much sooner if I was ready. I was. Supervisor arrived at 6:45 A.M. as promised and crew was on the roof by 7:00. It's a very modest house but they had the old roof removed, rotted decking replaced, vent installed, and new roof complete by noon. They left no mess, no scraps, looked for dropped nails with magnetic rake. Heavy rain the next day and it all stayed outside. Completely professional first class job. Very happy with the whole thing.

Five Points Roofing has forever earned our business. I work offshore with an abnormal schedule being gone 28 days at a time. Our home had significant damage due to the horrific tornadoes that came through our area March 2020 ultimately resulting in a complete replacement. From the first call we made my family and I were felt to have been made a top priority. I was due to leave town 48 hours later and Five Points Roofing went above and beyond to make sure my wife and infant were under a safe roof while I was out of town all before a penny was spent. Kyle was absolutely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He made us feel completely comfortable at all times and had answers for every question we had which seemed like a million. His knowledge is second to none. After filing the initial insurance claim he worked with my agent to get everything approved along with the much needed upgrades. The installers did an amazing job and the roof came out beautiful. They were very professional and take pride in their work as it shows. My landscaping and yard were left clean and clear of any debris. After the job was completed a very nice gentleman named Brian came out to do a final inspection and make sure we were pleased with our experience. What a great feeling to know they care enough to third party inspect the job. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I appreciate all of their hard work and you will to given the opportunity to let them show you. 5 stars for Five Points Roofing.

I will always pick five Points Roofing. They went above and beyond at each step of the inspection, instillation, and follow up process.
Knowing we needed to replay our roof that was more than 15 year old caused us pause as we did not know how to go through the process. After talking with Darcey they quickly came out to inspect the roof. After the inspection it was clear we needed a new roof but started to get push back from our insurance company. Multiple people worked hard within Five Points Roofing and after multiple calls from Five Points, my insurance company agreed to replace the roof. This was only done after an inspector from the insurance company look at the roof with Five Points. The date was set and the roof was replaced. No hidden costs. No surprises. There was a small issue after the installation after spray paint fell off the roof on the driveway, but they did EVERYTHING to fix the issue. They came out multiple times to clean the driveway and ended up stripped off the aggregate sealer and then resealed the entire driveway.
I WILL NEVER PICK ANYONE ELSE TO BE ON MY ROOF!

Dealing with roof issues is generally not a pleasant experience, but I have to say, Five Points does a great job. Their customer service and communication made my bad situation a little more tolerable. I had a complicated situation with a leaky roof in a rental home I owned a couple years ago and Five Points couldn’t have handled it better. That was a relatively big job...but earlier this month I had a small job, just a few missing shingles, and they treated that job with the same level of service and attention to detail that they showed with the “big” job. These guys are outstanding and the quality of work performed is second to none. Highly, highly recommend.

On May 3rd, 2020 a severe storm damaged my roof and water poured through the ceiling of my garage. I called Five Point Roofing from a neighbor recommendation, and within an hour, a Five Point Repair crew was at my house sealing in the damaged shingles. The company helped with the insurance adjusters and did an excellent job replacing the entire roof. Honest, up front, good price, good crew and professional.. I give them a five star for how they helped me. They are good, everybody knows it , so they are busy. You might have to wait a week or two to get your roof replaced, but it is worth it.
