West Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church Receives Full Roof Replacement
Location: Franklin, TN
Total Roof Area: 17,031 sq. ft
Project Duration: 4/13/2026 – 4/15/2026
Project Total: $120,247.12
Roofing System: CertainTeed Landmark Pro – Heather Blend
Situation:
West Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church, located at 4141 Columbia Pike in Franklin, TN, sustained significant hail damage on May 20, 2025, requiring a full commercial re-roofing project. The scope included a complete roof replacement, metal/EPDM work, and a full gutter replacement — all processed through a Church Mutual Insurance claim totaling $120,247.12.
Challenge:
Managing a large-scale commercial roofing project for an active church requires precise coordination across multiple trades and tight scheduling. Overseeing the reroof, metal/EPDM work, gutter replacement, drip edge installation, and continuous ridge vent — while navigating a multi-party insurance claim process with Church Mutual — demanded careful documentation, timely communication, and seamless crew coordination to minimize disruption to the congregation.
Solution:
Our team worked closely with Church Mutual Insurance throughout the claims process, securing full approval of the scope of work. We coordinated material delivery, ordered through QXO, and scheduled our crew to complete the installation efficiently. The project included a full perimeter drip edge in Burnished Slate, a continuous ridge vent, complete EPDM replacement, and a full gutter replacement. A signed contract and addendum were in place before work began, ensuring full alignment between all parties.
Result:
The project was completed on April 17, 2026, and fully closed by June 3, 2026, with the entire $120,247.12 balance collected and $0 outstanding. West Harpeth Primitive Baptist Church received a CertainTeed 5-year workmanship warranty upon completion, restoring the integrity, weather protection, and appearance of their facility — giving the congregation and church leadership full confidence in the quality and durability of the work.
