When a severe hailstorm swept through Franklin, TN, in May 2025, the Villages of Morningside community was hit hard. Every single roof across the neighborhood—140 in total, spanning 70 buildings—sustained significant damage. The storm also left its mark on the community’s heart, evident in the 4,875 sq. ft. clubhouse and pool area.

That’s when the HOA turned to Five Points Roofing, and over the next 6½ weeks, our team tackled one of the largest residential reroofing projects in our company’s history. With home sizes ranging from 3,663 to 5,492 sq. ft., every reroof required detailed scheduling, careful staging, and clear communication with homeowners.

Each roof was replaced using CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Cobblestone Gray, chosen for their durability, aesthetics, and ability to complement the community’s cohesive look. Our certified installers ensured every detail—from underlayment to ridge caps—was executed with Five Points’ signature quality, efficiency, and transparency.
