Five Points Roofing recently completed a full-scale roofing installation for the 4th Ave Shell Office Building, a new construction project located in the heart of downtown Franklin, TN. Spanning 12,380 sq. ft., the roofing system combined the durability of CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles in Weathered Wood with the sleek performance of 24-gauge standing seam metal roofing. Additional materials included TriBuilt synthetic felt, Swift Start starter shingles, residential drip edge, metal valleys, flashing, ridge caps, and seamless transitions between shingle and metal sections. Completed between August 24 and October 7, 2022, the $52,360 project showcases our commercial roofing expertise and attention to detail in delivering high-performance solutions for new builds in Middle Tennessee.
