This insurance-covered project totaled $1,104,641.47 and involved replacing 51,527 square feet of roofing across the church’s expansive facility. Our team removed the damaged materials and installed CertainTeed Highland Slate shingles in Smokey Quartz, chosen for their architectural detail and lasting durability. We also incorporated a fully custom copper drip edge for enhanced protection and visual appeal. The system was finished with Tri-Built synthetic underlayment and TPO flashing components, including 60 mil grey TPO and cover tape, ensuring watertight transitions throughout. Completed between January 8 and February 13, 2024, this project highlights our ability to deliver high-performance, precision roofing solutions for large-scale institutional properties.
