Five Points Roofing, based in Franklin, TN serves all of Nashville, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Thompson’s Station, Hendersonville, and more.

Five Points Roofing is just over 13 years old and growing rapidly in the Middle Tennessee area. We’re an awesome team of 15 where everyone knows the role they play in the overall success of the company and we’re all here for each other. Between a steady supply of residential roofing leads, a high performing production department,  and the recent storms, we’re looking for a sales rockstar that knows construction or roofing, isn’t afraid of cold sales (most leads are provided by the company), and can help close new insurance and retail roofing projects and get rewarded appropriately. THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• You love to make your own schedule outside of company set leads.
• Have an outgoing personality and love to talk to all types of people.
• You have basic knowledge of construction or roofing.
• You’re detail oriented, and understand the importance of documentation.
• Like to follow processes but have the freedom to develop your own.
• You set goals regularly and hit them.

THE ROLE:

• Fully documenting new potential projects with pictures and video.
• Learning to fly a drone using proprietary automated flight software.
• Working directly with homeowners to sell new residential roofs.
• Helping walk customers through the insurance claims process.
• Writing estimates using company software.
• Collecting all payments from customers and ensuring customer happiness.
• Developing relationships with insurance agents.
